I became curious about hunting and was able to connect with a mentor. From that moment on, my life was literally changed forever! I went on my first hunt at age 55. I was a little nervous at first, but soon felt at ease as my mentor took the time to explain what to expect about the hunt. I learned a ton and had an amazing experience.
LearnHunting.org is a program of Maine. Many of the experienced hunters involved in the program are Maine hunter education instructors. All students and instructors participate in a nationwide safety screening when creating an account on LearnHunting.org .
